Refund Policy
  • WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers have 10 days to return a purchased item. 
  • Customers will be able to exchange sizes, however, they bear the cost for shipping.
  • If they are within 10 business days of receiving the item, please email ynchicstyle@gmail.com and request a size exchange.
  • Remember to attach to the email your order number, order receipt and size required.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in a good, like-new, condition to be accepted. Signs of wear or use will disqualify items for return. 

Discounted Items

  • FINAL SALE, NO RETURN ITEMS, BLACK FRIDAY ITEMS, CYBER MONDAY ITEMS, and SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Manufacturing Defects
  • If there are any manufacturing defects, please email ynchicstyle@gmail.com for assistance. 

  • Manufacturing defect warranties must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
